Refund Rules

Aquatic Quarantine Space Reservation

  1. Cancellation of cubicle reservations is permitted. However part cancellation of the reservation is not allowed.

  2. Modification of the SIP details after reservations, but prior to the arrival of the consignment is permitted with an additional payment of Rs. 1500/- per change.

  3. 75 % of the cubicle user fee shall be refunded if the reserved space is cancelled 45 days prior to the cubicle reserved date and 50 % shall be refunded if cancelled prior to 30 days prior to the cubicle reserved date. In both the cases, 100 % refund of Incineration/fumigation fee will be made.

  4. No refunds on Cubicle user fee will be made, if the reserved space is cancelled within 30 days of the date of reservation of the quarantine space. However 100% refund of Incineration/fumigation fee will be made if quarantine cubicle space is not availed.

  5. Refund policy does not apply for the cubicles reserved under the Emergency category.

  6. Only under special circumstances where approved broodstock suppliers are delisted by the Govt. of India, cancellations are permitted and 100% refunds will be made. The space reserved by the stakeholder can be utilized by importing consignment from another approved supplier after modifying the SIP details. Payment of Rs. 1500/- for modifying SIP details is not necessary under such circumstances.

  7. The Technical Committee constituted to monitor the operation of AQF, reserves the right to make any changes/modifications in the refund policy as and when required and the same will be uploaded in this page.
